Maternity Photos for Baby #3

Hi friends! So we decided {rather last minute in fact} to get some maternity photos taken for our sweet baby #3. I love maternity photos! But life with two kiddos and being pregnant just doesn't allow for a lot of extra time... so I was on the fence about getting photos taken. Mostly because I wasn't sure we could fit it into our crazy fall schedules, needless to say, I'm SO happy we had these sweet moments captured! If there's one thing that stands true:: always take the pictures! You can never get these precious moments back.

As always, our family loves Tara Long Photography here in Springfield, IL. Tara is just the sweetest human being. She's so wonderful to work with! She has truly been a blessing to our family, especially when it comes that time of year to get our family photos taken! She took both Karsyn and Griffin's newborn photos, our family photos, and we are really looking forward to her taking our next little one's newborn photos... So thankful to have found such a sweet friend in Tara! She always manages to capture our growing family in the sweetest way.

I've gotten a few questions about my dress I wore for our pictures, so I thought I would also share a few details. I was looking for a vintage/boho piece to wear, something sweet/romantic/vintage-like and flowy. You know, all of those things! Ha... This was actually a very last minute find {which just so happened to work out perfectly!} Love how that happens... This dress is not maternity, but it is looser fitting, perfect for a growing baby bump. I sized up to a medium in this for my baby bump, but otherwise I would say this runs tts. I'm really impressed with the quality of this dress! It's a great material {not at all see-through}, plus you can wear it off-the-shoulder like I am here for our pictures. Truly adorable and only $31, comes in a few colors with free shipping. I grabbed this in the green option, but loved so many of the other colors as well!
