Plaid Tops + Basics

Hi friends! We're back from sunny San Diego... I'm a little sad that our trip is already over, but we had the best time with our little ones and friends! It was so nice to get away for a few days and break out of our usual routine to enjoy the beach! I'm planning on sharing a San Diego post soon here on the blog with a couple of the spots we visited, ate at and enjoyed... so stay tuned for that later in the week.

But first, let's talk plaid...

Today I thought I would share a favorite staple of mine for this time of year, a cozy plaid flannel top. This is the perfect piece to mix and match within your wardrobe! I love finding pieces which you can style year-round, and a plaid top is one of them. I took a simple white plaid top with me on our trip, and I wore it so much! It was easy to pair with jeans and a tee, or pair with shorts and my favorite tank and sneaks. Such a simple yet versatile piece, very travel-friendly!

Or pair with your favorite distressed denim, tee and flats. Perfect weekend look for an easy outfit while running errands, grabbing brunch, or chasing your little ones around!
